Description:

With society members asking for society merchandise, the Dumbledore’s Army Society RGU decided that Hoodies were the first step in the process. This process had been attempted before by the society however never produced any results. With the task of designing the hoodies I quickly got to work planning my ideas and finalising them using Photoshop and Canva. Photoshop was used for the logo placed on the back of the hoodie and Canva was used for the personalisation template.

Each hoodie allows members to personalise it to their naming preference and is in the members house colour. The logo on the back of the hoodie is in line with the Dumbledore’s Army logo from the Harry Potter movies however the outside of the letters DA is the full name of the society, the university we are part of and a famous quote from the movies. This logo also became part of the society’s rebranding in 2018.

Once the committee received the first set of hoodies I promoted the news of the launch across the DA social media networks.
